A reference of common errors and their solutions.

  • 401/403: invalid API key or scope. Check the token and permissions.
  • 404: tenant/database does not exist or access is missing. Verify the name or scope.
  • 409 conflict: the operation cannot be executed in the current state (for example, start while deleting).
  • Gateway TLS error: DSN/certificate mismatch. Check sslmode=require and the hostname.
  • Timeout start: Provisioner/agent could not complete bootstrap. See db-stuck-creating-booting.
